I saw the pic, thought "Catalina or Grumman Goose" followed by "and a Goose doesn't have an inward tilt on the body that low, and the wing struts aren't right".

That looks like the one in Hamilton Ontario, Canada at the Warplane Museum. They have another one they are using for parts to replace the front to add a turret. The turret is actually supposed to be there, but was removed after the war for coastline duties. Theres a DC3 in front of it and a B25 Mitchell in front of that.
